Supply of road salt

Summary

The tender concerns the successive delivery, transport and unloading of non-caking road salt for winter road de-icing and brine production to the Municipal Roads Department in Mielec. The basic quantity is 1,000 Mg, with an option for a further 500 Mg; the buyer guarantees purchase of 800 Mg. Deliveries must be made within a maximum of 72 hours of each order, in minimum batches of 24 Mg, using vehicles with a minimum payload of 24 Mg and protection against precipitation. The contract is to run from no earlier than 2 October 2026 until 31 March 2027 or until the gross contract value is exhausted. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 27 August 2026 at 10:00, and a PLN 7,000 tender guarantee must be provided before the submission deadline.
