Comprehensive organisation of the one-day conference “The Future is data. The future is data”

Summary

The contract concerns the comprehensive organisation of a one-day conference in Warsaw in the fourth quarter of 2026, for approximately 200 participants, with on-site and online formats. The supplier must provide the venue, stage design and multimedia production, live streaming, technical and reception services, catering, visual identity, accessibility arrangements, workshops for approximately 30 senior participants per workshop, simultaneous Polish-English and sign-language interpretation, promotion, photography and post-event reporting. The conference venue must be in central Warsaw within 3 km of the contracting authority’s headquarters and include, among other facilities, a main room for at least 140 people, a workshop room for at least 60 people, a VIP room and technical spaces. The offer deadline is 25 August 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% of the score, coordinator experience 20% and the social aspect 20%. A PLN 5,000 tender guarantee and performance security equal to 5% of the offered total price are required.
