Purchase, delivery and installation of mobile generator sets under the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme

Summary

The contract covers the purchase, delivery and installation of two brand-new mobile diesel generator sets, each rated at least 100 kVA (80 kW), for emergency power supply at two public facilities in Skarżysko-Kamienna. The work includes site inspection, design and connection works, installation of automatic mains-generator switching, testing, commissioning, user training for at least five employees and complete handover documentation. The equipment must be delivered and commissioned by 15 November 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 25 August 2026 at 10:00. The evaluation uses price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the required warranty is at least 24 months and the maximum scored period is 60 months. A bid guarantee of PLN 5,000 is required.
