Annual inspections of mechanical and hybrid ventilation in residential and utility buildings in three lots

Summary

The tender concerns annual inspections and cleaning of mechanical and hybrid ventilation ducts in residential and utility buildings owned or managed by Szczecińskie Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego. The contract is divided into three lots, and bids may be submitted for one, several or all lots. The services include technical inspections, measurements, removal of contamination, electronic inspection reports and entries in the digital building logbook. Lot 1 and Lot 2 run from 1 September 2026 to 31 December 2028; Lot 3 runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028.
