Sale and delivery of equipment for the needs of the Powiat Skarżyski administration under the Cybersecure Local Government project

Summary

The procurement concerns the sale and delivery of IT and infrastructure equipment for the Powiat Skarżyski administration under the Cybersecure Local Government project. It is divided into six lots: an LTO tape library with tapes, server disks, an NGFW/UTM network security gateway with network controller functionality, maintenance-free batteries, servers, and a mail server. Bids may be submitted for any number of lots and must be submitted electronically in Polish by 26 August 2026 at 10:00. Delivery is required within 14 days of contract signature. Price is the only award criterion and carries 100%. The equipment must be new, complete, legally approved, certified where required, sourced through an official EU distribution channel and compliant with the technical specifications. A PLN 4,000 tender guarantee is required only for Lot 5.
