Updating design documentation in two parts

Summary

The procurement concerns engineering design services divided into two lots, both relating to road infrastructure in Bielsko-Biała. Lot 1 covers the staging and updating of design documentation for the expansion of Zuchów Street; Lot 2 covers updating the design documentation for the expansion of Krzemionki Street, including a sidewalk and junction works, stage III. The work includes updating execution designs, permanent and temporary traffic-management designs, quantity and cost documentation, and author’s supervision. Each lot must be completed within 170 days of contract signature. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 August 2026 at 09:00. Price accounts for 60% and the experience of the proposed staff for 40%. A tender guarantee of PLN 800 is required for Lot 1 and PLN 700 for Lot 2.
