Development of Muz Hill near the International House of Culture in Międzyzdroje – Task 2

Summary

The contract covers the development of Muz Hill near the International House of Culture in Międzyzdroje, carried out in two stages: preparation of the technical documentation and related activities, followed by construction and site-development works leading to completion and commissioning. The contract period is 8 months. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish via e-proPublico by 1 September 2026 at 09:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and warranty period (40%). A PLN 22,000 tender guarantee is required, and a performance guarantee is also required.
