Modernisation of rooms in the Diagnostic Imaging Department

Summary

The tender covers the design-and-build modernisation of rooms in the Diagnostic Imaging Department at Ludwik Rydygier Specialist Hospital in Krakow, covering the ground floor, segments C1 and C2, with approximately 585.15 m² of usable area. The contractor must prepare the full multidisciplinary design documentation, obtain the required approvals and permits, carry out construction and installation works, provide equipment, commission the systems and deliver as-built documentation. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. Only one complete tender may be submitted, no partial tenders are allowed, and price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. A PLN 35,000 tender guarantee is required, and the contractor must provide 5% performance security and maintain civil liability insurance of at least PLN 2,000,000.
