Construction of a playground as part of the “Saltwater relaxation zone in the heart of the school” project

Summary

The contract covers construction of a publicly accessible children's playground at Primary School No. 3 in Pabianice, including a salt graduation tower, a wooden recreational gazebo, playground and recreational equipment, flexible EPDM polyurethane surfacing, concrete paving, fencing, electrical installations, lighting and camera works. The works must be completed within 60 days of signing the contract. Offers must be submitted electronically by 1 September 2026 at 09:00. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty period for 40%. The minimum warranty is 36 months and may be extended up to 60 months. A PLN 2,000 bid guarantee is required, and a performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price must be provided before contract signature.
