Modern Monitoring for Safe Starachowice – Stage 1: Radio Network Modernization

Summary

The tender covers the first stage of modernising the radio network used to transmit images from Starachowice’s municipal CCTV system. The contractor must supply and install radio-link and telecommunications equipment, PoE+ managed switches, RACK cabinets, LAN/PoE protection modules, fibre-optic accessories, antenna masts and structured cabling; dismantle designated infrastructure; carry out installation work, including work at height; configure and test the system; commission it; and prepare as-built documentation. The equipment must be new, unused, legally marketable, compliant with the OPZ requirements and applicable standards, complete and ready for use after commissioning, while the solution must support the contracting authority’s cybersecurity obligations. The contract is to be completed within 3 months of signature. Offers must be submitted electronically by 28 August 2026 at 12:00, and price, warranty period and critical-failure recovery time are evaluated with weights of 60%, 25% and 15%, respectively.
