Furniture and other equipment

Summary

The tender covers the supply and, where applicable, assembly and installation of furniture and other equipment at a cultural and educational centre in Olsztyn. It is divided into six lots: lounge furniture, armchairs and chairs, conference furniture, office furniture, metal furniture, and stage barriers. Bidders may submit tenders for one or more lots. All lots must be delivered and installed within 45 days of contract signing. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100%. The tender must be submitted electronically by the deadline stated in the procurement documents; the procurement documents specify 25 August 2026 at 10:00. A tender guarantee is required: PLN 800 for Lot 1, PLN 800 for Lot 2, PLN 300 for Lot 3, and PLN 500 each for Lots 4, 5 and 6.
