Purchase and delivery of teaching aids for classroom equipment under Stage 2 of the vocational schools infrastructure development project

Summary

The tender covers the supply of teaching aids and classroom equipment in three lots: a logistics and virtual learning laboratory, a catering training laboratory, and a special educational needs office. The supply includes furniture, educational equipment, robots, teaching models, and educational and virtual laboratory software. Lot 1 includes, among other items, 34 mobile tables, 34 swivel school chairs, 30 inventory management software licences, an educational robot, an educational kit and 5 pallet models; Lot 2 includes 7 furniture items; Lot 3 includes 25 items, including support programmes, modular robots, virtual laboratories, VR glasses and a 3D pen case. The bidder must provide the complete delivery, including transport, unloading, carrying in, assembly, installation, configuration and preparation for use, as well as software training where required. The contract period is 21 days from contract signature. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 25 August 2026 at 15:00. The award criteria are price 75%, warranty period 20% and social aspects 5%.
