Modernisation of the Mordy Municipal and Communal Cultural Centre – Stage VI

Summary

The tender covers Stage VI construction works for the Mordy Municipal and Communal Cultural Centre: modernisation of the auditorium, auditorium back-of-house facilities and arts room, kitchen equipment, upgrading of the alarm system and replacement of the main electrical switch. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026 at the latest. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11:00 on 31 August 2026. Price carries 60% of the evaluation weighting, the completion period 20% and the warranty period 20%. The bidder must offer at least a 36-month warranty; 48 months earns 10 points and 60 months earns 20 points. The completion period may earn points if shortened by 5 or 10 calendar days. No tender guarantee is required, but performance security of 5% of the gross tender price is required.
