Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction of sections of municipal roads Nos. 110530E and 116459E in Wiaderno. The works include excavation for the roadbed, construction of a 0/31.5 mm aggregate sub-base, double surface dressing of the bituminous pavement using C69BP3 PU cationic emulsion and Class I basalt aggregate, construction of road shoulders, removal of 29 trees, and full surveying services. The felled timber will remain the contracting authority’s property; the trunks must be debarked, cut into lengths of 3.5–4 metres and transported to a location indicated by the contracting authority, no more than 2 km away. Removal and disposal of the remaining tree material and stumps, as well as compaction of the ground after tree removal, are the contractor’s responsibility. The completion period is 65 days. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 31 August 2026 at 09:00. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation, the warranty and statutory liability period for 20%, and the completion deadline for 20%. No bid guarantee is required, but performance security is required.
