Additional outfitting of the Mediatheque in Sanok – delivery of equipment, technology and educational aids under the cultural infrastructure development project

Summary

The tender covers additional outfitting of the Mediatheque in Sanok and is divided into 6 lots. The supplies include STEM educational aids and learning sets, computer and multimedia equipment and virtual-reality equipment, event and outdoor equipment, outdoor devices requiring installation, a mobile humanoid robot with software, integration and training, and a car-driving simulator with a six-degree-of-freedom motion platform. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all lots, but each lot bid must cover the complete assortment for that lot. Delivery, installation and commissioning must generally be completed by 7 December 2026; the tender submission deadline is 24 August 2026 at 10:00. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish. Price carries 60% of the evaluation weight; the remaining points depend on the warranty period and delivery deadline, while Lot 5 is assessed using additional training and development-support hours instead of the delivery deadline. No tender guarantee is required.
