Modernisation of the OSP fire station building in Jurków

Summary

The tender concerns the construction modernisation of part of the ground floor and basement of the OSP fire station building in Jurków. The works include, among other things, preparation and marking of the construction site, demolition and dismantling with removal, lintel and structural strengthening, plastering, tiling, suspended ceiling installation, skimming and painting, installation of internal water and sewage systems and sanitary fittings, construction of a cement floor with insulation layers, and other finishing works. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 31 August 2026 at 12:00. Price carries 60% of the award weighting, while quality guarantee and statutory liability carry 40%. The minimum guarantee and liability period is 36 months, with an option to extend it up to 60 months in the tender. No bid guarantee is required, but a performance security of 5% of the total tender price must be provided before contract signature. Employees performing general construction and installation works must be employed under employment contracts throughout the performance of those activities, and this must be documented.
