Construction of household wastewater treatment plants in Wojnicz Municipality under a design-and-build arrangement

Summary

The tender covers the design, supply, installation and commissioning of 50 household wastewater treatment plants in Wojnicz Municipality. The works have two stages: first, the contractor must prepare individual design and cost-estimation documentation for each plant and obtain the required approvals and permits; second, it must carry out the construction works, sewer and electrical connections, technical and technological commissioning, as-built surveying, and the procedure for obtaining an occupancy permit or completing the works notification. The plants must use rotating biological contactor technology and comply with PN-EN 12566-3 + A2:2013 or an equivalent newer standard. The contract must be completed within up to 12 months, with the first stage due within 4 months. The tender deadline is 31 August 2026 at 9:00. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the construction warranty period, equal to the statutory defect-liability period, accounts for 40%; the minimum warranty is 60 months and a warranty of 84 months or longer receives the maximum score. Participation requires, among other things, liability insurance of at least PLN 300,000.00, the required site-manager qualification, relevant construction and design experience, and a PLN 20,000.00 tender guarantee.
