Purchase of meat and cold cuts

Summary

The tender concerns the successive supply of meat and meat products for the needs of the specialist public hospital in Chełm over a 12-month period. The products include poultry and pork, sausages and other meat products, pâtés, offal and fish products; the quantities stated in the notice are estimates. The minimum purchase volume is 70% of the procurement subject. The products must meet the specified quality requirements and be fresh: poultry and pork must have at least 48 hours of remaining shelf life at delivery, while cold cuts, ham and sausages must have at least 15 days. Meat products must contain at least 70% meat and must be produced without mechanically separated meat. Deliveries are to be made from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays, between 08:00 and 09:00, no later than one day after the order is placed. The supplier is responsible, at its own cost and risk, for transport, unloading and proper packaging. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%.
