Improving the energy efficiency of the volunteer fire brigade station building in Oleśnica

Summary

The tender covers construction works to improve the energy efficiency of the volunteer fire brigade station building in Oleśnica. The works include insulating the external walls with 10 cm polystyrene having a thermal conductivity of λ ≤ 0.031 W/m*K, applying the external façade finish, modernising the heating system, replacing windows, garage doors and external doors, insulating the ceiling, upgrading internal and external lighting, and adapting the building for persons with disabilities. The works are to be completed within 4 months and tenders must be submitted by 2 September 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty and statutory liability period for 40%; the offered warranty and liability period must be between 36 and 60 months. The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
