Preparation of design documentation for construction of the sanitary sewer network in Rzepinek and Świślina

The tender concerns the preparation of design documentation required for the construction of a sanitary sewer network in Rzepinek and Świślina, in Pawłów municipality. The scope includes obtaining design maps and technical conditions, securing agreements and administrative decisions, preparing the architectural and construction design and technical design, preparing investor cost estimates, bills of quantities and technical specifications for construction works, and obtaining a building permit or acceptance of a construction notification without objection. The planned network is approximately 6.6 km long in Świślina and approximately 2.8 km long in Rzepinek. The contract period is 18 months and the tender submission deadline is 24 August 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish. Price carries 60% of the evaluation weight and the designer’s experience carries 40%.
