Supply of reagents, consumables, calibrators and control materials with lease of a hybrid analyser for assessing physicochemical properties

Summary

The tender covers the supply of laboratory reagents, consumables, calibrators and control materials, together with the lease of a hybrid analyser, including a backup reader, for assessing the physicochemical properties and formed elements of urine. The contract lasts 36 months. Reagents, consumables and control blood must be delivered within 3 working days of an order, while the analyser must be delivered within 21 days of contract signature. The supplied products must have a minimum remaining shelf life equal to 70% of the period stated by the manufacturer. The bidder must submit the required price form, product catalogue numbers, proof of market authorisation and original documents from the manufacturer or its authorised representative proving the technical parameters. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 24 August 2026 at 09:00. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and quality for 40%; quality points include a continuously refillable test-strip feeder, alarms for haematuria and urinary tract infection, and the ability to measure urine osmolality. No tender guarantee or performance security is required.
