Improving energy efficiency and reducing consumers’ heat purchase costs in Czarnków Municipality (third procedure)

Summary

The tender covers the supply, installation and commissioning of four new photovoltaic systems at facilities in Czarnków Municipality. Three systems must include photovoltaic panels with a total capacity of at least 20 kWp and energy storage of at least 45 kWh; the system for the village hall in Gębice must include at least 10 kWp of panels, at least 30 kWh of storage and a heat pump with a capacity of at least 16 kW. The contractor must prepare the designs, arrange the required approvals and adjust the storage-system settings twice a year during the warranty period. The contract must be completed within 60 days. Tenders will be evaluated on price (75%) and warranty period (25%). The tender must be submitted electronically by 24 August 2026 at 10:00; no tender guarantee is required.
