Reconstruction and energy-efficiency improvement of the volunteer fire station in Żelechlinek

Summary

The tender covers the reconstruction and energy-efficiency improvement of the volunteer fire station in Żelechlinek, to be completed within eight months. The works include renovation of the civil-protection storage area and three bathrooms, building insulation, water and sewage systems, heating and boiler-room works, electrical and photovoltaic installations, fire-alarm systems, roof reconstruction and adaptation of rooms. The extension of the building to rooms 17–20 is excluded. The bidder must demonstrate at least one public-use building construction, reconstruction, extension or thermal-modernisation project worth at least PLN 1,500,000.00 completed during the last 5 years and provide three construction works managers with the required authorisations and experience. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 31 August 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60 points and warranty for 40 points; the warranty must be at least 36 months. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross tender price.
