Renovation of residential premises financed from the BGK Subsidy Fund, divided into two tasks

Summary

The tender covers renovation works in residential premises in Gliwice, divided into two lots. The works include demolition and dismantling, plastering, painting, tiling, wall and ceiling works, flooring, repair or replacement of windows and doors, and water, sewage, gas, electrical, intercom, antenna and central-heating installations. The contractor must also remove construction waste, provide chimney inspection opinions and perform ancillary and cleaning works in accordance with the bills of quantities. The same participation conditions apply to both lots and the planned completion period is 6 months. A tender may be submitted for both lots, but a maximum of one lot may be awarded to the same bidder. The evaluation criteria are price, weighted at 80%, and warranty and statutory liability, weighted at 20%. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 31 August 2026 at 00:00.
