Extension and redevelopment of existing State Fire Service facilities in Szczecinek – Stage V

Summary

The tender concerns Stage V of the extension and redevelopment of existing State Fire Service facilities in Szczecinek, at 1 Maja 61. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers mechanical ventilation and air-conditioning installation, while Lot 2 covers compressed-air installation. Bidders may submit a tender for one or both lots, and the works must be completed by 15 December 2026. Participation requires a mandatory site visit, a suitably authorised sanitary works manager and business-related third-party liability insurance. Lot 1 additionally requires at least one ventilation and/or air-conditioning installation reference worth at least PLN 200,000 completed during the previous 5 years, as well as a PLN 5,000 tender guarantee. Lot 2 has no experience requirement and no tender guarantee. Price is the only award criterion, with a weight of 100%. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 2 September 2026 at 10:00.
