Development of the recreation and leisure area around Lake Janówko

Summary

The contract covers the construction of a publicly accessible permanent recreational pier at Lake Janówko in Janówko village, together with equipment for the beach and bathing area. The works include dismantling the existing floating pier, site clearance and partial reed removal, construction of a steel-and-timber pier with a viewing terrace, stairs, walking branch, fishing positions and shelter, installation of railings, ladders and solar lighting, and delivery and installation of benches, loungers, umbrellas, waste bins, educational boards, an observation telescope and a children’s slide. The works must be completed within 8 months of contract signature. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 2 September 2026 at 08:00 and must carry the required electronic signature. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty and statutory liability period for 40%. The offered warranty and statutory liability period must be between 36 and 60 months. No tender guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide a performance security equal to 5% of the gross tender price.
