Preparation of comprehensive design documentation to adapt a basement as an emergency shelter in Orzechowo

Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive multidisciplinary design documentation for the basement of the primary school in Orzechowo, intended to adapt approximately 532.37 m² for use as an emergency shelter for around 295 people. The work begins with a technical expert assessment and an evaluation of the building and its installations. The expert assessment must be delivered no later than 30 days after the contract is signed. The subsequent design stage will proceed only if the assessment confirms that the adaptation is technically and legally feasible. It includes the required approvals, opinions, administrative decisions and a building permit or effective construction notification, as well as author supervision. The contract must be completed by 15 December 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 24 August 2026 at 09:00. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the quality guarantee and defects-liability period for 40%. A tender guarantee of PLN 2,000 is required.
