Construction and renovation of a small-retention water reservoir in the Domacyny and Zaduszniki areas

Summary

The tender covers Phase I construction and renovation of a water reservoir for small-scale water retention at cadastral plot no. 374/1 in Domacyny. The works include clearing bushes and stumps, cleaning the site, removing approximately 1,653 m³ of silt from the reservoir, using excavated material to shape the slopes and embankments, transporting approximately 826.5 m³ of soil away, demolishing and disposing of existing slabs, grading the slopes, constructing a 66.1 m fascine revetment, reinforcing 204.8 m² with concrete grid slabs, installing 820 support posts, and grassing the slopes and surrounding area. The award criteria are price at 60% and the length of the warranty and statutory liability period at 40%. Bidders must meet requirements concerning a site manager, financial capacity, liability insurance and at least three properly documented reference projects.
