Creation and operation of a permanent selective municipal waste collection point for residents in Mława

Summary

The contract covers the creation, equipment and 24-month operation of a permanent selective municipal waste collection point for residents of Mława from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. The contractor must receive, weigh, record and transfer waste for further management, operate a mobile collection point four times per year, carry out public information activities and organise annual environmental education sessions for pupils in grades IV–VI of primary schools. The permanent facility must be located within the administrative boundaries of Mława and be accessible and secure, with at least six cameras providing 24-hour monitoring and suitable weighing equipment. It must be available to residents on Mondays and Wednesdays from 07:00 to 15:00, Fridays from 10:00 to 18:00 and Saturdays from 08:00 to 12:00, excluding public holidays and 18–31 December. The tender deadline is 1 September 2026 at 10:00. Tenders are evaluated on price (60%), invoice payment period (20%) and the format of environmental education activities (20%). Creative workshops receive 20 points under the quality criterion, while lectures receive 0 points. Bidders must allow for a PLN 10,000 tender guarantee, a 4% performance guarantee and civil liability insurance of at least PLN 200,000.
