Renovation of women's bathrooms in Barracks Building A at 13 Policjantów Street

Summary

The tender covers the renovation of three women's bathrooms in Barracks Building A at the Police School in Slupsk, together with renovation of a sewage inspection chamber, replacement of the external sewage installation and replacement of the domestic hot-water piping in the basement. The works are to be delivered on a design-and-build basis and completed within 24 weeks of signing the contract. Bidders must attend the mandatory site visit before submitting a bid; it will take place on working days from 19 to 21 August 2026, between 09:00 and 14:00. A bid submitted without participation in the site visit will be rejected. Bids must be submitted electronically by 09:00 on 31 August 2026, in Polish and with the required electronic signature. The award criteria are price at 80% and warranty period at 20%; bidders may offer a warranty of 24, 36 or 48 months. No bid guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide a performance security before contract signature equal to 5% of the total bid price.
