The tender concerns successive deliveries of engine oils, gear oils, hydraulic oils, coolants, brake fluids and other operating fluids for the official vehicles of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Rzeszów. The products must be supplied in the manufacturer’s non-returnable factory packaging and generally have a shelf life of at least 24 months from delivery; the product listed under item 37 of the tender form must have a shelf life of at least 6 months. The expected contract duration is 6 months. Offers cannot be submitted for separate lots. Evaluation is based on price weighted at 60% and possession of manufacturer approvals weighted at 40%.
