Thermal modernisation of the multi-family building at Krempna 111 – II

Summary

The tender concerns construction works to improve the thermal efficiency of the multi-family building at Krempna 111. The works include, among other things, insulating the external walls with 15 cm polystyrene boards, partially dismantling and reinstating the roof covering, renewing sheet-metal flashings and the rainwater drainage system, replacing electrical boxes, testing the lightning-protection system and constructing a new perimeter strip around the building. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026. The bidder must prove at least two properly completed thermal-modernisation or BSO facade projects from the last five years, each worth at least PLN 50,000, and must provide a site manager with the required authorisation. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026 at 11:00. Price carries 60% of the score and the warranty period 40%. A PLN 2,000 tender guarantee and a mandatory site inspection before tender submission are required.
