Supply and installation of small-scale architecture elements within Olsztyn Municipality

Summary

The procurement is divided into two lots, and a tender may be submitted for one or both lots. Lot I covers the dismantling, supply and installation of panel fences in the Zrębice II and Przymiłowice areas, including 92 linear metres and 150 linear metres of panel fencing, gates, pedestrian gates and preparation of an 800 m² area. Lot II covers the supply and installation of bicycle shelters, a sports stand, metal garages, a concrete table football table, benches and wooden pergolas at various locations; two bicycle shelters are required and one garage must measure 6.00 × 5.80 m. The delivery and installation period for either lot is 2 months from contract signature. The tender submission deadline is 31 August 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% of the evaluation and the warranty and liability period carries 40%; the minimum period is 24 months and the maximum period receiving additional points is 60 months. The tender must be submitted electronically, and the bidder must have an account for bidders on the relevant procurement platform. No tender guarantee or performance guarantee is required.
