Energy efficiency upgrade of the building at 36 Poranna Street in Olsztynek

Summary

The tender concerns construction works to improve the energy efficiency of the building at 36 Poranna Street in Olsztynek. The works include preparatory and demolition works, external connections, insulation of foundations and building envelopes, replacement of windows and external doors, followed by electrical and sanitary installations including photovoltaic panels, lightning protection, a heat pump, and heating and domestic hot-water systems. The project also includes completion of the facade, internal finishing works and site development. Stage I must be completed by 4 December 2026 and Stage II within 12 months of contract signature.
