Purchase of a new passenger vehicle adapted for wheelchair users

Summary

The tender covers the purchase and delivery of a brand-new 9-seat minibus adapted to transport at least one wheelchair user. The vehicle must be manufactured in 2026 or later and meet detailed technical requirements, including a wheelchair ramp, restraint systems, homologation, a diesel engine, EURO 6 compliance and specified dimensions. Delivery is required within 70 days of contract signature. Price accounts for 90% of the score and delivery-time reduction for 10%; points are awarded for reducing the delivery period by 5 or 10 days.
