Supply of electricity for 2027

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of electricity for 2027 in two lots. Lot 1 covers 96 electricity consumption points with an estimated 12-month consumption of 341,056 kWh; Lot 2 covers 57 consumption points with an estimated consumption of 143,809 kWh. Tenders may be submitted for both lots, and there is no limit on the number of lots that may be awarded to one bidder. The contract period is 12 months. The contracting authorities may increase the quantity of electricity purchased by up to 20% of the basic contract, but are not obliged to use this option. Price is the only award criterion, and each lot will be evaluated separately. The tender submission deadline is 24 August 2026 at 00:00. The tender and documents must be submitted electronically in Polish. Bidders must also provide a tender guarantee: PLN 1,200 for Lot 1 and PLN 700 for Lot 2.
