Delivery and integration of a fire alarm system with the existing system in selected buildings of the Leon Schiller National Film, Television and Theatre School in Lodz

Summary

The tender covers the design, installation, modernisation, commissioning and testing of fire safety systems in selected buildings in Lodz. The scope includes a stairwell smoke extraction system, an extension of the fire alarm system in one building, installation of a new system in the Study Theatre, and reconfiguration, organisation and updating of the existing system in the New Media building. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 26 August 2026 at 09:00. A mandatory site visit will take place on 19 August 2026 at 11:00; a tender submitted without attending the visit will be rejected. Price carries 80% of the evaluation and the completion period carries 20%. The performance security is 5% of the gross contract remuneration.
