Thermal modernisation of the District Office building in Busko-Zdrój

Summary

The tender covers comprehensive energy-efficiency and construction works at the District Office building at 15 Mickiewicz Avenue in Busko-Zdrój. The scope includes roof repairs, insulation of the ceiling, façade repairs and painting, repair of external stairs, replacement of gutters and downpipes with an anti-icing system, installation of a heat pump and a 60 kW condensing gas boiler, replacement of windows and external doors, foundation waterproofing and drainage, rainwater tanks, lighting reconstruction and a photovoltaic installation. The works will be carried out in an occupied building and must be organised to minimise disruption to users. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 2 September 2026 at 9:00. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the extended quality-guarantee period for 40%. The works must be completed by 31 May 2027; the minimum guarantee is 36 months and the required tender guarantee is PLN 30,000.00.
