Renovation of the historic fence of Central Cemetery in Szczecin – Stage II, Part IV (from post No. 5 to post No. 10)

Summary

The tender concerns Part IV of Stage II of the renovation of the historic fence at Central Cemetery in Szczecin. The works include dismantling the fence section between posts 5 and 10, earthworks, renovation of brick, stone and metal fence elements, impregnation of brick elements, restoration of green surfaces and protection of trees. During performance, the contractor must organise the construction site, traffic management and safety measures, prepare a health and safety plan, provide material certificates and laboratory tests, and prepare the required as-built documentation in Polish. The contractor must provide a 60-month warranty and a 60-month statutory liability period for the works.
