FSZ – Action 3 – Good Beginning Centre – Conversion of a public-use building into a residential building, financed from the Second Edition of Swiss Financial Assistance

Summary

The tender concerns the conversion of a public-use building into a residential building under the Good Beginning Centre project. The works include building and structural works as well as roofing, finishing, doors and windows, insulation, water-supply and sewage, heating, gas, electrical, telecommunications and other building-services works. The contract is expected to last 16 months, and the tender submission deadline is 7 September 2026 at 11:00. The tender must be submitted electronically through the contracting authority’s purchasing platform, and documents must be prepared in Polish. The tender guarantee is PLN 100,000, and a performance security is also required. A mandatory site inspection must be completed before submitting the tender, and the signed inspection protocol must be attached; a tender submitted without the inspection will be rejected. Price carries 60% of the evaluation weight and additional warranty and guarantee coverage carries 40%.
