Supply of specialised lighting

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of a specialised lighting system for museum spaces open to the public. The supply includes 51, 16, 5 and 5 luminaires of four different types, 62 white mounting bases, 10 oval light-distribution lenses and 2 lighting-control remotes. The luminaires must meet detailed technical requirements covering power, luminous flux, colour rendering, dimming, light distribution, dimensions, weight, EPREL registration and ENEC certification. Delivery is required within 60 days of contract signature. The tender submission deadline is 27 August 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% of the score, warranty length 35% and the number of scenes supported by the remote 5%. The contracting authority may use an option worth up to PLN 370,000 gross within three years, subject to full completion of the basic order.
