Purchase of generating sets and a lighting mast under the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025–2026

Summary

The procurement covers, in four lots, the delivery of generating sets and a self-powered mobile lighting mast for the facilities of Gmina Suszec to maintain electricity supplies during outages. The lots comprise four generating sets of at least 40 kW, one 120–130 kW generating set, one 16–20 kW generating set with a transport trailer, and one mobile lighting mast. All equipment must be new and manufactured in 2026 or later. The supplier must provide transport, unloading, installation or commissioning, functional testing and user training, as well as documentation in Polish, spare parts and authorised service in Poland. Each product must be identified in the tender by its manufacturer and model, and technical evidence must be provided to demonstrate compliance. Bids may be submitted for one or more of the four lots. Price carries 60% of the evaluation weight and warranty period 40%; the recognised warranty periods are 24, 36 or 48 months.
