Modernization of premises in the Laboratory Diagnostics Department

Summary

The tender concerns the modernization of laboratory diagnostic department premises at a hospital in Krakow under a design-and-build arrangement. The successful bidder must prepare complete design and as-built documentation, obtain the required approvals and permits, carry out construction, finishing and building-services works, and supply and install laboratory and other equipment. The scope includes electrical, water and sewerage, ventilation, air-conditioning, fire alarm, data, access-control and other systems. The usable area is 733.89 m² and the completion deadline is 30 November 2026. The bidder must have completed at least 3 design-and-build projects during the last 5 years involving hospital or diagnostic-laboratory premises, each with a gross value of at least PLN 4,000,000. A list of works and evidence of proper performance must be submitted. Price is the only award criterion. The bid guarantee is PLN 50,000, the performance security is 5% of the gross contract value, and evidence of civil liability insurance with a minimum coverage limit of PLN 4,000,000 must be provided before contract signature.
