The tender covers replacement of the artificial turf surface of the full-size B2 football pitch at Kazimierz Górski Municipal Stadium in Płock. The works include dismantling the existing surface, the SBR base and equipment; cleaning the EPDM infill or disposing of the surface; levelling the base; installing a new shock-absorbing shockpad of at least 10 mm and new synthetic turf; and reinstalling the equipment. The contractor must also carry out ten warranty inspections in the 6th, 12th, 18th, 24th, 30th, 36th, 42nd, 48th, 54th and 59th months of use. The works must be completed within 70 days from commencement, and the pitch must not be unavailable for use for more than 28 days. A FIFA Quality Pro certificate must be provided for final acceptance. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. The tender deadline is 31 August 2026 at 12:00. The tender guarantee is PLN 20,000, and the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 4% of the total gross tender price.
