“Locally for the Transformation of the Bielsko Subregion” – Construction of a Pocket Park on Zamkowa Street in Czechowice-Dziedzice (Works Necessary to Complete the Investment)

Summary

The tender covers the construction and landscaping works needed to complete the pocket park on Zamkowa Street in Czechowice-Dziedzice. The scope includes, among other things, dismantling and disposing of defective foundations and structures, earthworks and demolition works, construction of a ramp, a gravel playground surface, small architectural and playground facilities, lighting, landscaping, and the establishment and restoration of lawns. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026. The bidder must have completed at least one properly performed project involving the development or landscaping of at least 500 m² of green area during the last 5 years. A suitably qualified site manager and a landscaping works manager with the required education must be appointed. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 31 August 2026 at 00:00. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and the quality guarantee and defects liability period (40%). This is a single, non-divided procurement; partial tenders are not permitted.
