Summary

The tender covers the renovation and modernisation of 7 apartments in the City of Gliwice housing stock at Św. Bronisławy 9/1, Mastalerza 40/5, Kolberga 6/4, Kolberga 24/3, Kasztanowa 3/3, Kasztanowa 2/1 and Poli Gojawiczyńskiej 8/4. The works include, among other things, plastering, floor renovation and replacement, repair or replacement of windows and doors, painting, gas, heating, water, sewage and electrical installation works, removal of inefficient solid-fuel heating appliances, and bathroom works.
