Adapting working conditions to the diverse needs of Czarna Municipal Office employees – supply of office equipment with renovation and adaptation works

Summary

The tender covers the supply, installation and positioning of office equipment in the Czarna Municipal Office building, together with the necessary renovation, finishing and installation works to adapt workplaces to employees’ diverse needs and improve ergonomics. The equipment must be new, unused, complete and compliant, with the required conformity and warranty documents. The works must be completed within 4 months of contract signature. Bidders must demonstrate the required previous supply and construction experience, provide a PLN 7,500.00 tender guarantee, and submit the tender electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026 at 10:00.
