Extension and reconstruction of the Social Welfare Home building in Baszków, plot no. 761

Summary

The tender concerns the extension and reconstruction of a social welfare home building in Baszków, located in a protected historic property. The works include dismantling the existing vertical lift and installing a new internal lift with reconstruction of the lift shaft, refurbishing bathrooms, installing an external lift for people with disabilities, constructing a winter garden, building a fire access road and paved surfaces, and carrying out electrical, water, sewage, heating and ventilation works. The project will be delivered in two stages: the first stage must be completed by 30 November 2026 and the second by 30 November 2027. The tender submission deadline is 1 September 2026.
