Renovation of voivodeship road DW 328 from km 102+020 to 102+900

Summary

The tender covers the renovation of an approximately 880-metre section of voivodeship road DW 328 between km 102+020 and 102+900 in Bolkow Municipality, Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The works include milling the existing asphalt and reusing it in a recycled mineral-cement-emulsion layer, strengthening the road edges, constructing base and wearing courses, cleaning culverts, replacing safety barriers, arranging traffic management, cleaning drainage ditches, improving shoulders and accesses, and renewing road signs. The road will remain class G with KR3 traffic loading and the works will stay within the existing road corridor. The works must be completed within 6 months from contract signature. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. The tender must include the priced cost estimate, required declarations and qualification evidence, and a PLN 20,000 tender guarantee must be provided. The successful tenderer must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total gross contract price before signing. Certain road-construction activities, particularly construction of structural layers and pavements, must be carried out throughout the contract by persons employed under employment contracts; this requirement does not apply to the site manager, surveyors, or transport and equipment service personnel.
