Security services for the building, persons and property of the Old Medical Book Department of the Main Medical Library in Warsaw

Summary

The tender concerns continuous, direct, round-the-clock physical protection of the building, persons and property of the Old Medical Book Department of the Main Medical Library at 1A Jazdów Street in Warsaw for 12 months. The service also covers the operation and supervision of security systems and the provision of an armed intervention group. The contracting authority may extend the basic service for up to a further 12 months, provided that funding is available and the decision is made no later than 30 days before the end of the basic period. The bidder must have SUFO status, a valid security-services concession, liability insurance of at least PLN 30,000 and the required previous experience. Bids will be evaluated on price (60%) and the response time of the armed intervention group (40%). Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 25 August 2026 at 12:00; the bid validity period is 30 days.
